Our E-design Process Steps
QUESTIONNAIRE
To start, we send you a client questionnaire to gather information about your project requirements, design goals and what you envision for your space
DESIGN PREP
Then we have you take measurements and photographs of your space for us to utilize during the design phase.
DESIGN
Next, we create space plans, design and color concepts, as well as furniture and finish selections, that fit the functional and aesthetic needs of your space.
FINAL PLAN

Lastly, we organize all our design ideas, tools and tips into a comprehensive e-design plan that will serve as a do-it-yourself guide to implementing the design yourself!
Deliverables

Mood board
A mood board is created based on the answers provided by you in the questionnaire with inspiration photos after the initial meeting.
Mood boards serve many purposes, starting with organizing a project's inspiration. They're a valuable resource to help keep the style and aesthetic of a project consistent with your goals and expectations. They're also an excellent way to refine a project's style before diving into the actual design process.

Space planning and design plan
Within two weeks of the initial consultation call, we will schedule a virtual video or phone call to review the design plan, inspiration photos, furnishing selections, paint colors, accessories, lighting and any other pertinent information related to the project. We will provide the design plans and mood board for your review during the meeting beforehand via email. During this call, we can discuss any revisions required to the plans. One round of revisions is included in the design service.

Furniture selections and shopping lists
Once the plans are finalized, a detailed shopping lists for furniture and decor items that includes the manufacturer, quantity, price, dimensions, and description of the products selected for your space will be sent over within 2 weeks. We will make sure to select items that can be shopped online or from stores in your local area.

Design Execution
Once all the furniture items have been purchased by you, we offer a Post-Design Conference Call to help you as you are placing decor pieces, styling your coffee tables, or address any remaining questions to help you bring your space together and achieve your vision.
