Three paid services, and one free call

Every price is on this page.

In Canadian dollars, per room. No “starting from”, and no form to fill in before you are allowed to see a number. The limits are on this page too, in the same size type as the prices.

What it costs

Four ways to work together.

Multiple rooms, or a kitchen, or a bathroom, means a personalised quote instead of a listed price — just ask.

01 · E-Design, single room

One room, designed entirely online.

You take the measurements and the photographs; I design the space and hand it back as a plan you carry out yourself, at your own pace. Nobody has to come to the house, and nothing waits on my calendar.

It is CAD 250 for a single room or space, and it takes about an hour of calls in total — the rest reaches you by email. The four stages, and when each piece of the plan lands, are set out on the process page.

It suits homeowners, renters and DIY enthusiasts with busy schedules — people happy to do the buying and the hanging, who want someone to have decided the hard parts first.

An e-design render of a living room in greens and cream: a media unit, shelving, a coffee table and a plant, drawn before anything is bought.
A render — the room standing up before anything has been bought. This is where you find out the console is too long, while it still costs nothing to change.
A mood board with handwritten notes still on it, from a real project.
A board with the notes still on it. This is what gets talked through.

02 · Interior consult, virtual

An hour on a call, then it in writing.

One hour, online, about one room. It takes in your personal style, your budget and the specific needs of the space, and you get tailored recommendations for space planning and styling while we are still talking.

Afterwards a summary of the discussion, plus supplementary advice, arrives by email within 5 to 10 business days. That wait is real — it is not the same afternoon, because the written version is the part you keep.

It costs CAD 150 and it is ideal for final touches, room layouts and specific furniture recommendations. If you mostly know what you are doing and are stuck on two or three decisions, this is the cheaper, faster door.

What it is not: the mood boards and the shopping list belong to E-Design. The consult is a conversation and a written summary.

03 · Designer for a day, in person

Two hours in the actual room.

A two-hour consultation visit, in your home, in London, Ontario. We walk the space and go through your style, your budget and the pain points — the corner that never works, the wall you have repainted twice, the sofa that turned out too big for it.

It is for people who want to do the design, the layout, the sourcing and the renovations themselves and need someone in the room for the decisions rather than for the labour.

Afterwards you get a summary and additional recommendations by email within 5 to 10 business days, so you are not working from what you can remember of a conversation.

It is CAD 300 per room. The visit only runs in London, Ontario — if you are further out, the virtual consult does the same job over a call.

Before you book

The limits, all of them, here.

Not saved for the discovery call. If one of these rules out your project, you should find that out now rather than after paying.

  • E-Design covers a single room or space And it excludes kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Designer for a Day runs in London, Ontario only Because it happens in your house. Further out, the virtual consult is the equivalent.
  • Written summaries take 5 to 10 business days For both the virtual consult and the in-person day.
  • Prices are per room, in Canadian dollars More than one room, or a kitchen, or a bathroom, means a personalised quote. Tell me which rooms and what you want done in them, and I will price it.
